Thank you for bringing your client to Bridge Trail. The following guidelines will apply in order to qualify for a referral fee:
- Broker or Broker’s Agent must accompany the buyer on the buyer’s first visit to Bridge Trail at the North Village sales office.
- Broker or Broker’s Agent must register the buyer on buyer’s first visit to Bridge Trail at the North Village.
- Buyer must receive a copy of addendums and disclosures.
- Broker or Broker’s Agent cannot register a buyer over the phone or by fax.
- The sales referral rate is 3.00% of the net sales price and is conditioned upon and will be paid at the close of escrow. Net sales price will be calculated by Seller and shall specifically exclude upgrades, incentives, closing costs or any builder incentive.
- All reservation and sales agreements will be prepared by Bridge Trail. Broker or Broker’s Agent does not represent Bridge Trail. Escrows will be held by North Bay Title Company.
